Renewal Grace Period — a registry- or registrar-defined interval after domain expiration during which the previous registrant may still renew the name before it proceeds to redemption or deletion.
During the Renewal Grace Period, the domain has already expired, so its website and email may be suspended even though renewal is still available at or near the standard price. Duration and price are set by the TLD and registrar; there is no single automatic period for every domain.
