How do I change my account email (account login)?
Although there is no option to change your email directly in your account dashboard, it is still possible to update the contact email (login) of your account.
To do this, please send a request to support@nic.ua. In your request, specify that you would like to change the email address on your account, and include both the current and the new email address.
Pick up a domain name you always dreamed of
The change must be confirmed in one of the following two ways (please indicate in your request which option suits you best):
- via your contact phone number (an operator will call the registered number);
- by replying to a special confirmation email sent to your current address.
If neither option works, the change can be completed by submitting a written request.
- Download and complete the request form according to the provided template (forms for both individuals and legal entities are included in the archive).
- Submit the completed form following the instructions in "How to prepare a written request to NIC.UA".
