How can I register the second level .UA domain?
The .UA domain can be registered only on the basis of a certificate of a trademark that is registered in Ukraine, or on the basis of an international trademark with a territorial extension to Ukraine according to the Madrid Agreement.
The name of your trademark must exactly match the name of the domain being registered. For example, the NIC.UA domain is registered under the trademark "NIC".

How to place your domain order
To register a domain, fill out and pay for the order on the NIC.UA main page using the menu “Domains” → “Search for domains”. During the order process, make sure to indicate your trademark number.
