How to register and activate a .XXX domain?

To register a .XXX domain, simply submit an application for your chosen name on the NIC.UA website and join the Adult Industry Community. Joining the community is a mandatory step required to activate your domain and manage its settings.

The Adult Industry Community is a group of individuals, companies, and organizations involved in the 18+ industry — those who provide adult products or online entertainment services. The registration process and requirements are defined by ICM Registry, LLC, the administrator of the .XXX domain zone.

To join the Adult Industry Community:

1️⃣ Register your .XXX domain on NIC.UA.

2️⃣ Within 24 hours after registration, an email titled “ICM Member Account Setup” will be sent to the domain owner’s contact email. Follow the link in the message (or copy it into your browser) and complete the steps provided to join the community.

3️⃣ When filling out the form, make sure to provide your contact phone number.

4️⃣ A representative from ICM Registry, LLC will call the provided number within a few minutes and give you a personal PIN code.

5️⃣ Enter the received PIN code in the corresponding field on the registration form.

6️⃣ Once the code is verified, you will officially become a member of the Adult Industry Community and receive a Membership Token.

7️⃣ Send us your Membership Token, the registered domain name, and your NIC.UA login — we’ll activate your domain for you.

If you prefer not to activate the domain and agree that it remains inactive, simply ignore the email. After 5 days, the application to join the community will automatically expire.

The .XXX domain was originally created for members of the adult industry, but it can also be used like any other domain. You can host any adult content on such a website, provided it does not violate the laws of Ukraine or other countries.
