You need to enable JavaScript to use the communication tool powered by OpenWidget

Registration of an international domain is no different from any other domain zone – you add the domain to the cart, place the order, and pay.

Special Feature: you must confirm the registrant's email (domain owner).

Since January 1, 2014, ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) requires registrants to verify the contact information listed in the Registrant field of the domain data.

A letter is sent to your email at the moment of domain registration. Your email must be active and able to receive messages at the time of registration. Do not use a domain email with the same domain.

How to find the letter and confirm your email

The letter is sent by the registry on behalf of NIC.UA. It is written in English and contains your domain name and a link you need to click.

The domain will wait for email confirmation for 14 days. During this time, it will remain active.

Pick a domain name you've always dreamed of

If you do not follow the link and confirm your email within 14 days, the registry will set blocking NS in the domain:

  • NS1.VERIFICATION-HOLD.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM
  • NS2.VERIFICATION-HOLD.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM

You can find the letter by searching your email for the domain name. Check also your SPAM folder if it is not in the inbox.

If the letter is not found, please contact us at support@nic.ua, and we will request a new letter.

If an incorrect email was specified in the registrant data, just write to us at support@nic.ua, and we will help update it in the domain data.
