NS servers were not saved in the domain

You entered the NS servers provided by your hosting provider, but the domain table still shows the old ones — as if you hadn’t done anything?

This usually happens because the domain zone administrator rejected your request. There may be many reasons, but the main ones are:

• the name servers do not exist;
• the name servers are not registered in the domain zone (mainly for Ukrainian domains);
• you are trying to set name servers in the LVIV.UA domain, where servers are checked more thoroughly than test tubes in a lab.
