Remote connection to a database on hosting
By default, access from the Internet to the database on the hosting is restricted for security reasons. If you have a static IP, support can grant you access for it.

To request an access, create a support request or write a letter to support@nic.ua from your contact email. Be sure to include the hosting order number and your IP address.
Access will be open during business hours.
