Who are domains registered to?
When registering a domain, you specify the contact information of the person or company that will be used in the domain. NIC.UA does not register domains in its own name or in the name of any other company, individual, or fictitious person acting on behalf of a company.
Find the domain name of your dreams
You decide who will become the owner of the domain. NIC.UA strongly recommends not to specify fictional characters or pseudonyms as the domain owner.
In case of loss of access to the domain, the only way to prove that you are the owner will be by providing documents. If the owner is listed as “Kolobok” or “Captain America,” it will be extremely difficult to confirm ownership rights.
