The third phase of domain registrations will begin in the .РФ domain zone on July 15.

Starting at 12:00 PM Moscow time on July 15, all legal entities will be able to register domain names in the .РФ zone. This marks the start of the third and final phase of the .РФ domain priority registration period.

The requirement for trademark ownership will no longer apply during this period. Starting July 15, domain names will be available for registration to holders of trade names, holders of exclusive rights to use appellations of origin, non-profit organizations, and media founders.

Companies with identical names are registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. When registering websites in the .РФ zone, the domain will be delegated to the company that first applied for a domain in the .РФ zone.

Applications will be accepted until September 16, and applications will be processed until September 30, 2010.

Open registration of .РФ domains will begin on October 1, 2010.
