Above.com is in talks with Verizon.

The company that owns the website Above.com is involved in a trademark dispute.

Above.com is currently in settlement negotiations with Verizon. In February, Verizon filed a lawsuit against Above.com and some of its key employees.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendants used fake IDs to register the trademark.

Verizon claims that Above.com registered, used, and promoted at least 183 domains, including Verizon trademarks, including VerizWireless.com, ActivateVerizon.net, and loginvzw.com.

The companies are currently negotiating to resolve the dispute out of court.
