Facebook shares fell below $30

Shares of social network Facebook continue to decline. During the latest trading session, Facebook shares fell below $30 and are now trading at around $29.

This is due to the company's employees beginning to exercise their stock options. In total, approximately 115,000 individual options were exercised.

Facebook shares have fallen more than 25% so far. As a reminder, Facebook listed its shares at $38, giving the company a total market capitalization of $104 billion.

In the future, according to pessimistic estimates, the company's shares may fall to $14, while more optimistic estimates indicate a price of $25.
