In comments to the RIA Novosti news agency, market participants estimated the size of the Ru-Center acquisition at $60 million. As a reminder, Hosting Community and Ru-Center are not disclosing the deal's value.

Moreover, Andrey Kolesnikov, Director of the Coordination Center for the National Internet Domain, believes that the agreement to sell Ru-Center to its owners was made in a timely manner, particularly given a number of misconducts that negatively impacted the company's image.

Market participants are confident that Ru-Center's clients will not be harmed by the change in ownership, as Hosting Community acquired the company's assets and liabilities.
