Apple has refused to settle its dispute with Samsung peacefully.

Apple rejected a settlement offer from Samsung in Australia. Samsung offered to soften Apple's legal claims, after which the company would begin selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in Australia.

Apple believes that a ban on sales of Samsung tablets is the only reasonable demand. The South Korean company believes that in this case, a peaceful agreement between the companies is unlikely. Samsung stated that it is prepared to modify its tablet so that it does not infringe Apple's patent rights. However, Apple believes that Samsung's proposed changes only address one patent.

The judge's final verdict is expected by the end of this week.

Experts believe that Apple is ready to seek restrictions on the sale of Samsung devices worldwide.
