Apple filed a complaint against the owners of six porn sites.

Apple has filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The complaint concerns the owners of pornographic websites whose domain names use the word "iPhone."

The complaint was filed pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

The most popular porn domain that Apple filed a complaint against was iPhone4S.com.

This isn't Apple's first domain dispute. The company has previously filed claims over domains like iPods.com and even iPhohe.com.

This year, the company paid $4.5 million for the domain name iCloud.com.

Apple emphasized that in this case, they were prepared to buy the disputed domains, but the names of their owners are unknown, as they are encrypted when displaying WHOIS data.

Apple recently won a lawsuit over domains such as appleoslion.com, apple-downloads.com, apple-oem.com, macosxleon.com, and appl.com.
