Apple has become the official owner of the iCloud.com domain. Tomorrow, the company plans to announce the iCloud online music service, which will be hosted on this domain.

Information about Apple's interest in this domain has appeared several times.weeks agoAt the time, it was reported that the company was willing to pay more than $4 million for the domain.

The previous owner of the domain was the Swedish company Xcerion, which had previously abandoned the iCloud.com service and registered the domain name CloudMe.com.

Last week, Apple's European office filed an application to register iCloud as a trademark in the European Union.
