There are over 4,400 domains registered in the Azerbaijani domain.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 4,000 new domain names have appeared in the Azerbaijani .AZ domain.

As of December 16, 2011, 12,860 domains were registered in the domain zone. A year ago, this number was 10,603 domains.

Since the beginning of the year, 2,558 domains have been deleted and 4,422 domains have been registered.

The largest number of domains are registered in the .AZ domain – more than 11.8 thousand.

There are also 595 .com.az domains registered.

Next come edu.az (143 domains), .org.az (87), .net.az (55), .int.az (44), .pp.az (42), .co.az (26), .info.az (23), .biz.az (14), .name.az (5) and .pro.az (4).
