- well and inTelegramit would be convenient
- I will like photos inInstagram
- well and inTwitter, you never know.
Briefly about the main thing
- The essence of business.Sales, installation, and subsequent maintenance of mini-saunas and infrared cabins in apartments and houses.
- What you need to get started.Find and negotiate with an equipment supplier, complete a training course on installing and maintaining mini-saunas, develop a work plan and price list, and launch your first ad.
- Budget and payback period.Essentially, you only need a budget for website creation and promotion to find your first customers. After all, you're not stocking up on mini-saunas or materials, but rather working on a prepaid basis. So, a budget of $500-$1,000 can pay for itself within the next month.
Remember, we're talking about ideas. If you're considering implementing one of our ideas, you need to conduct your own analysis and make informed decisions.
Demand
Several global trends are driving rapidly growing demand for our business idea. The trend is for a healthy lifestyle, detoxification, and other beneficial things. People want to take care of their health, but then a second trend creeps in: lack of time and an ever-increasing pace of life. And again, we're spot on: you don't have to go anywhere. You can take care of your health right in your own home! And I won't even mention that it's cheaper than going to city saunas.
Let's remember Instagram and the opportunity to show off your own sauna at home, which can be more important than detoxing. And who wouldn't want to hang out with friends in a sauna, and then skip the drive home and just go to the bedroom?
How does this work
First, you need to decide on your product range. There are several mini-sauna options, each with their own features and benefits.
- factory-made and homemade.Factory-made ones are more expensive, but only require installation skills. Homemade ones will yield a much higher profit, but require a higher level of skill.
- ready-made and ready for assembly.Pre-assembled units are more flexible in terms of fit into any layout. Ready-made units are a faster option that doesn't require any special technical skills.
- classical or infrared.Infrared is much healthier and uses less energy. Classic is, one might say, a more well-known brand.
Once you've decided which type of sauna you plan to build based on your skills and abilities, you need to find reputable suppliers of pre-fabricated saunas or the necessary materials for self-assembly. Decide whether you'll need help or whether you can do it yourself.
After that, you need to focus on marketing. That is, making sure as many potential clients as possible know about you. We'll discuss this in the next section.
Marketing
You definitely need a website that will sell even while you're sleeping or installing another sauna. After all, even people who've heard of you will first Google you and read more. They want to be reassured that you're not just some guy. You're a whole company with a website. All of this increases the conversion rate of all your actions several times over.
A website is, roughly speaking, your office, where you should attract potential clients and convert them into real ones. Other possible methods of attracting them include:
- Advertising on Google.Google AdWords can be used to successfully attract traffic for queries like "installing a mini-sauna in an apartment in Kharkiv."
- Free ads.You can create free ads on platforms like OLX, PROM.ua, and so on, since people often search for what they need there.
- Elevator and entrances. You can post flyers about your services in elevators and entryways in your city, either through specialized services or yourself. After all, your primary target audience lives near you.
- Word of mouth cashback.By installing a sauna for one client, you gain access to their friends, family, and acquaintances. Give them the opportunity to earn cashback on their purchases, and they'll refer them to you.
- Bloggers.Find local bloggers on Instagram or Facebook and offer them a 50% discount in exchange for sharing your services. Or simply book an ad with them. People trust "their bloggers" more than online or in-store ads.
- Shops.Place your brochures in nearby stores and pay them 5-10% of every order they refer. They'll be the ones telling their customers about you.
Where to begin?
- Study it.Sauna suppliers, components, installation methods, competitors, and so on. You'll need to spend a couple of days on your laptop and learn a lot.
- Plan it.Write out a plan for how you plan to find clients, how many saunas you can install, how much you will spend on advertising, and so on.
- Create a website. This is your office; without it, your entire client base will pass you by. Register a convenient domain (by the way, you can do this at nic.ua). You can create a website yourself using simple builders like tilda.cc or wix.com, or you can order one from a web studio.
Good luck!
