How to quickly create your own website with Installatron

Onour hostingInstallatron is a specialized script for installing and configuring over 100 content management systems (CMS). Creating a website with Installatron eliminates the need to download files to your computer and then upload them to a hosting service. This saves time and bandwidth. There's no need to create a database, user, password, or grant permissions—Installatron does it all for you.

In this article, I'll show you how to create a website using Installatron. For this example, I'll create a cooking blog on Wordpress.

Step 1

Log in to cPanel. Go to Installatron Applications Installer in the "Software" section.

Step 2

In the "App Catalog" section, select the appropriate app for your project. Apps are grouped by purpose, for example, "Content Management Apps" or "Image Apps." Each app has a description—you can't go wrong! Since I'm creating a blog, I'm installing Wordpress. To do this, simply click the "+Install this app" button.

Step 3

Enter your domain and choose other settings. For the recipe site, I chosedomainanna-cuisinere.com, cuisiniere translates from French as "chef".

Choose one of the automatic update features: for example, Installatron creates a backup before updating, or updates only when a stable version of the product is available.

After installing any application, a "My Applications" section will appear next to the catalog. From here, manage project settings.

My food blog is a work in progress. I still need to choose the right WordPress theme and add content—but the first step is already taken :)
