The number of domains in the .KZ zone is approaching 60,000.

According to PROFIT Online, 2,100 applications for domain name registration in the .KZ zone were submitted in June 2011.

This number is almost the same asin May- only 53 more applications, but the number of applications increased by 806 compared to June 2010.

In addition, in June 2011, interest in IDN domains was noted, with 111 applications for registration of such domain names filed last month, while in May there were only 39.
