The google.ua domain case will be heard this week.

This week, the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine will again hear a lawsuit against Go Ogle regarding ownership of the google.ua domain name. As a reminder, the Kyiv Commercial Court, followed by the Court of Appeal, ruledCancel the delegation of the google.ua domain nameand also oblige GOU OGLE LLC to stop using the commercial name “Google” in the domain name.

Following this, the companies Hostmaster and Go Ogle filed cassation appeals to the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine https://info.nic.ua/?section=news&cat=1&p=2526.
