The blogger's lawyer found serious violations of the inventory and confiscation procedures. Walte has already made all the payments ordered by the court, so there are no grounds for confiscating the domain.

The scandal erupted over René Walter's harsh comments about the Düsseldorf-based company Euroweb. The court ordered Walter to pay a fine, but the blogger ignored it, resulting in his domain being confiscated and the rights transferred to the plaintiff.

During the investigation, Euroweb deliberately misrepresented the value of the Nerdcore.de domain name. The company valued the domain at 100 euros, while the site receives 10,000 daily visits. Independent experts estimate the domain's value at 50,000-80,000 euros.
