The .SS domain was allocated to South Sudan.
The .SS domain code for South Sudan has appeared on the ISO list and will soon be included in the IANA list of country code domains.
Let us recall that the country declared itself an independent state.at the beginning of July, however, the state did not have a domain. At the end of July, it became known that by a resolution of the Special Council of Ministers of the International Telecommunication Union, the newly created country of South Sudan wasthe .SS domain has been allocated.
The .SS domain name was originally planned for the country, but the domain is controversial due to its association with the Nazi movement.
Experts do not rule out that the domain administrator will have to add some domains to a special stop list.
