There are more than 60 thousand names in the .KZ domain

In July, 1,800 applications were submitted for registration of .KZ domains, which is 341 applications less than in June 2011, but 623 more than the previous year.

Interest in IDN domains decreased in July; in the second month of summer, only 63 applications for such domains were submitted, while in the previous month the number of such applications was 111.

The total number of domains in the KZ zone as of July 31, 2011 exceeded 60.6 thousand.
