A stop list of "bad" addresses will appear in the .RU domain.

The Coordination Center for the National Internet Domain is preparing to create a stop list of addresses prohibited for registration.

Currently, only one domain name is prohibited from registration in the .RU domain. However, in a few months, the number of such names will increase.

A similar stoplist initially existed for names in the Cyrillic domain .РФ. It included over four thousand profanity, offensive words, and their derivatives.

This stop list was based on the dictionary of "Russian swear words".
