Domain arbitration has denied Google the goggle.com domain.
Google failed to convince the US National Arbitration Forum (NAF) panel that it should own the goggle.com domain.
Google sought to shut down goggle.com under its Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy. This policy allows trademark owners to reclaim domains from cybersquatters without litigation.
The reason the domain wasn't transferred to Google was a document provided by David Csumrik, the owner of goggle.com. This document stated that the previous owner of the disputed domain, Knowledge Associates, had agreed to a "coexistence" agreement with Google.
David Zumrik stated that he received this agreement along with the domain.
