.CO.** domains are coming
There are many in the global internet industry who believe that there aren't enough domain extensions available online. It's hard to disagree, given the abundance of fancy name collectors, domainers, and cybersquatters.

To be at the top of the domain industry, it's best to own a domain extension—preferably one that's well-established or has good potential. Savvy internet entrepreneurs have realized this very well. That's why various initiatives to create new top-level domains are springing up like mushrooms after rain. But there are also those who understand that discovering new domains isn't necessary, and that a gold mine can lie beneath your feet if you just dig a little.
The most popular internet domain extension is .COM, and the most popular domains in national extensions are root domains in .**, but they can also be in .COM.** or .CO.**. The magic of the letter combination CO as an alternative to .COM was experienced by the Colombian extension .CO, which recently opened for free registration.
The launch of the .CO.UA domain in our country caused quite a stir. In a short time, its best keywords were snapped up not only by Ukrainian domainers but also by collectors from abroad. The launch of the Dutch .CO.NL domain was no less successful. Its launch was a breath of fresh air for a country with an overloaded root zone. The successful Korean domain registrar Yesnic once managed to acquire the CO.CC domain, which it subsequently converted into a domain zone that already has tens of thousands of registrations. The Polish .CO.PL and Greek .CO.GR domains have also shown good results.
The new Norwegian zone .CO.NO could very well be a new discovery. It will be launched into full operation on February 22nd by the Dutch company CoDNS, which, incidentally, also owns .CO.NL. The sunrise period for the zone began in October, and now it's available to everyone.
