December Domains: Top Three Changes
Company "Hostmaster» published the nextresultsChanges in the number of domain names in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet and data for each registrar for December. In December, the Ukrainian internet market appears to have picked up momentum. This may be due to the overall improvement in the economy or pre-holiday activity. The increase in the number of domains can also be explained by domain name registrations for projects that will begin in the near future.
In December, the total number of domains in the .UA zone on the Ukrainian Internet increased by 6.7 thousand and reached 483,601 domains.
- Databy domain zone UA
The number of domains in the .UA private domain increased by 223 compared to November, reaching 8,530. Last month, there was an increase of only 173, representing a 2.684% increase.
Internet Invest remains the leader in the number of registrations in the .UA second-level domain. DNS-Ukraine LLC confidently holds second place, while Service Online LLC is third. Also in the top five are Tomas Private Enterprise (4th place) and Allied Standard Limited (5th place).
The remaining five places were taken by the following registrars: ChP "Frikhost", OOO "Geonik Net", ChP Cherkashin V. Yu., FLP Solovyov Valentin Vyacheslavovich, OOO "Delta-X".
- Databy domain zone COM.UA
In December, the number of domains in the .COM.UA domain increased by 2,500 compared to November, reaching 161,100. The domain growth rate is 1.6%. The data for this domain zone is better than the same figures for November.
Internet Invest leads this domain in terms of registrations, followed by Service Online LLC and Freehost Private Enterprise. Elaid Standard Limited LLC and V.V. Gubarenko Private Enterprise also made it into the top five.
The remaining five places were taken by the following registrars: DNS-Ukraine LLC, Private entrepreneur Cherkashin V. Yu., sole proprietor Mesyura S. V., sole proprietor Kravchenko Konstantin Vladimirovich, LLC "Ukraine-Host".
- Databy domain zone KIEV.UA
The number of names registered in this domain zone amounted to 41.2 thousand as of November, the number of domains increased by 457, the growth rate was 1.1%.
The top three companies in this domain zone are Internet Invest, Service Online LLC, and Freehost. DNS-Ukraine LLC is in fourth place, and Allied Standard Limited LLC is in fifth.
The following registrars took places from sixth to tenth, respectively: Sole Proprietor Mesyura S. V., Sole Proprietor Kravchenko Konstantin Vladimirovich, Delta-X LLC, Farlep-Invest OJSC, and HOSTPRO LLC.
