Two-thirds of .CO domains are being renewed.

The .CO domain administrator announced that one year after the start of the consolidated domain registration process, 66% of domain names in .CO, or two-thirds of those registered, are renewing for the following year.

However, the domain administrator is confident that after refining the results, the domain renewal rate could be around 68-69%.

The .CO domain is currently seeing results from its first year, and these results are above the market average, including in comparison with other new TLDs, but also in comparison with more mature domains such as .COM, .NET, and .ORG.

This demonstrates the .CO domain's popularity in the domain industry. Its registrants include Google (G.CO), Amazon (A.CO, K.CO, Z.CO, and Cloud.CO), Twitter (T.CO), and many others.
