EX.UA will only be able to restore its audience in a year.

After the file-sharing service EX.UA shut down, its audience halved. Before the shutdown, the site's audience was 1.3 million users; now it's around 700,000.

Audience growth is currently very modest. Experts believe this may also be due to users finding alternative resources or purchasing licensed content.

Company representatives also note that the volume of traffic generated by the resource exceeded the 15% reported by UA-IX statistics.

According to an EX.UA representative, in the first month after the shutdown, the administration received a flurry of requests to restore data. By early July, EX.UA had restored access to all uploaded user files.
