Hackers may be able to hack Google's search history.
Independent security researchers have discovered a way to hack Google users' search history.
To do this, simply install a special extension for the Firefox browser. If the user then connects to an open Wi-Fi hotspot and uses the personalized search feature, hackers will gain access to their entire search history and contact list.
Hackers exploit a vulnerability in the way Google's search engine processes personal information. In this case, the search engine is accessed through a normal connection, rather than a secure one.
Because of this, hackers can easily intercept traffic, as well as information associated with a specific Google account.
