Hostmaster will not be a defendant in the domain dispute between Google and GoOgle.

Several days ago, it was announced that the Kyiv Commercial Court issued a new ruling on November 30 in the protracted dispute over the google.ua domain. The court ruled that Hostmaster cannot be a defendant in Google Inc.'s lawsuit against GoOgle and Hostmaster.

As a reminder, Google Inc. demanded that Go Ogle LLC be prohibited from using the commercial name "Google" in the google.ua domain name. Furthermore, Google Inc.'s statement contained claims against Hostmaster, which was required to cancel the delegation of the google.ua domain name to Go Ogle LLC.

The dispute over the google.ua domain is likely not yet resolved, but now when attempting to open a google.ua page, I am not redirected to the "Kohaimosya" website.
