Hostmaster summarized the results of the domain market in Ukraine.

Hostmaster Companysummed up the resultsDevelopment of the Ukrainian domain name market. According to the company, in February 2010, the number of domains registered in .ua exceeded half a million, and by the end of 2010, the 200,000th name was delegated to the .com.ua domain.

One of the key milestones in the development of the Ukrainian domain market was the registration of Cyrillic domains (IDNs), which began on October 19, 2010. This opened up a number of new opportunities for both businesses and individuals. The new service quickly gained popularity—the number of delegated IDNs in the com.ua and kiev.ua domains is approaching 10,000.

Furthermore, in 2010, Hostmaster implemented IPv6 support on its server clusters. By improving security and addressing the scalability issues inherent in IPv4, IPv6 significantly expands the range of multicast addresses. IPv6 enables the connection of all types of electronic devices to the network, significantly improves data transfer quality, and reduces internet resource response times.

The company also launched a local DNS root server, which is a "mirror" of one of ICANN's 13 root servers, improving the security and stability of the DNS system.
