ICANN Names European Vice President

ICANN is undergoing significant personnel changes. Thomas Spiller, the organization's vice president for the European region, was named at the conference.

Previously, Spiller worked in the office of the Prime Minister of France and was also a top manager at SAS.

Spiller is a French citizen and will be based in ICANN's Brussels office starting August 29.

Spiller will be ICANN's eighth vice president and the third to be appointed this year.
