A massive data center is being built in India.

Construction has begun on one of the world's largest data centers in India. The building covers over 83,000 square meters. IBM is one of the initiators of the project.

Previously, IBM built data centers primarily in the United States. This is the first time such construction has begun in India. This is due to the country's high land prices, and the difficulty of finding large vacant plots of land at a reasonable price.

For this reason, the new data center will be located in a large business center. The new data center will utilize new technologies that will allow for the physical and virtual separation of some clients' equipment.

About 10 thousand square meters here will be occupied by server rooms, the rest by containers.

The top three floors of the building will be three independent data centers with their own network channels, their own power supply system, and their own staff.
