Shortly after the death of singer Whitney Houston, hundreds of domain names bearing her name were registered on the internet.
The first domains began to be registered within minutes of the news of the singer's death.
Many domains were almost immediately listed for sale on one of the world's largest online auction sites, Ebay.com, with prices ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars.
