In July of this year, 1,600 new applications were submitted for the .KZ domain.

In July 2012, 1,600 applications were submitted for registration of new domain names in the Kazakhstan .KZ domain zone.

This is 201 fewer applications than in June 2012 and 199 fewer than in July 2011.

As of July 31, 2012, there were 75,000 domain names registered in the .KZ domain. From January to June 2012, the number of domain names increased by 9.4% to 73,900. A total of 63.5% of domain names have been delegated.

Of these, 85.55% of domain names are registered in Kazakhstan, 6.64% in Russia, 1.6% in the USA, and 1.04% in Germany.
