Cybersquatters profit from Polish tragedy

After news of the death of the Polish president and the state elite became known, there were those who wanted to profit from it.

Various merchandise featuring the Kaczynski family has begun selling across the country. Cybersquatters have also become more active. The domain Lech-Kaczynski.eu was registered and listed for sale on the website Allegro for one million zlotys ($350,000). Following a complaint, the listing was removed from sale.

In addition, one Polish website offered to send SMS messages for $10 each and publish them as a separate book.
