Kodak found not guilty in patent dispute with Apple
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has found Kodak not guilty in its patent dispute against Apple.
A year ago, in April 2010, Apple filed a lawsuit against Kodak, accusing the company of infringing two of its patents related to image processing methods in digital cameras.
However, Kodak later filed lawsuits against Apple and a number of other major technology companies, in particular Applewas accusedinfringement of image preview patents.
