Google has acquired the G.me domain name. According to WhoIS data, the domain is currently registered to Mark Monitor's DNStinations, a company that frequently provides domain registration services to Google.

The G.me domain leads to the main page of the Google+ social network.

Google also has several single-letter domains, in particular the G.co domain points to Google.com.

Google has previously acquired domains in the .ME domain zone. The company ownsAndroid.me domain

Google previously acquired the Plus.ME domain, which it planned to use for the Google+ social network, but this domain is currently inactive.

The .ME domain is Montenegro's top-level domain, but many companies are interested in obtaining a name in this domain.
