AT&T won two domains

The National Arbitration Forum has ordered AT&T to acquire the rights to the domain names attconfirm.com and crmatt.com.

The company filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, arguing that the company has a registered trademark for "AT&T" and that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to that trademark and were used in bad faith.

These sites provided information about AT&T services and also asked visitors to leave their information, in particular for ordering the company's services.
