The conflict between the Coordination Center and Ru-Center continued

The .РФ domains registered by Ru-Center will be unblocked if information about their real owners is published. A special anti-corruption commission will make the final decision on the auctions in the .РФ zone.

Ru-Center will be required to submit information on the procedure for conducting auctions for domains in the .РФ zone to the Coordination Center by December 12.

Furthermore, the CC Council decided to establish an arbitration panel to address auctions in the Cyrillic domain zone. The panel will include representatives of the State Duma, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and the Ministry of Communications.
