Sedo's largest lots were domains in the .COM and .DE zones.

In the first quarter of 2010, Sedo sold the most .COM domains, accounting for 76% of all gTLD sales. The second most popular domains were .NET, .INFO, .BIZ, and .ORG.

The average price of a .COM domain was $2,400. Interestingly, a .ORG domain name on Sedo cost buyers more – $3,400.

Among national domains (ccTLDs), 38% of transactions were for names in the German DE (Germany) domain zone.

Second place among national domains was taken by names from the pan-European zone .EU (36%); third place went to names from the British domain zone .CO.UK (13%).
