LivingSocial files first domain complaint

LivingSocial, one of the main competitors of the much-talked-about Groupon, has filed its first complaint with the Domain Arbitration Court.

The company filed a claim against the owner of the website in the Irish domain zone LivingSocial.ie. Perhaps LivingSocial decided to follow the example of Groupon, which in March of this year similarly obtained the Groupon.ie domain through domain arbitration.

Currently, LivingSocial.ie simply hosts a parked page with a note about the service launching soon.
