The patent battle between Apple and HTC continues.

HTC has filed a patent lawsuit against Apple, accusing the company of infringing five more of its patents. Along with the lawsuit, HTC is also demanding a ban on the import and sale of iPhones, iPods, and iPads.

In this case, we are talking about patents that relate to energy management of mobile devices, as well as patents for a personalized telephone dialer program.

Let us recall that in March of this year AppleaccusedHTC infringed 20 of its patents. The case then concerned patents on the iPhone interface, architecture, and hardware.
