Microsoft has secured control of the BingGames.org domain.

Microsoft filed a complaint with the national arbitration court regarding the BingGames.org domain. As a result of the company's complaint, control of the BingGames.org domain name was transferred to the company.

In justifying its claims, the corporation stated that the name of the disputed domain uses the Bing trademark, which belongs to Microsoft.

The owners of the BingGames.org domain placed advertisements on the site, which can be classified as unfair use.

It is noteworthy that the BingGames.org domain was registered in 2011, two years after the launch of the Bing search engine.
