NIC.UA and Ecoclub.in.ua made a New Year's gift to an orphanage.

Last February, the winner of our "We're All Connected" campaign offered to donate the money allocated for his gift—a dinner at a restaurant—to an orphanage. Specialists from the social assistance center helped us choose a family-run orphanage in need. That's how, almost a year ago, we met the Vovk family. Together with our friends at the healthy food store Ecoclub.in.ua, wedonated food to the orphanage.

By the end of the year, we made a joint decision to continue caring for this family. Therefore, in December, a portion of the profits from Cyrillic domain orders on NIC.UA, as well as from orders on Ecoclub.in.ua, was used to donate to the Vovk family orphanage. This time, we decided to give the children joyful emotions and experiences.

On January 2, 2011, NIC.UA and Ecoclub.in.ua organized a trip with children to the New Year's performance at the Kyiv Dolphinarium.

They really enjoyed the show. It's truly impossible to remain indifferent when watching the dolphins and hearing their chirping.

The heated discussions of what we saw, the sparkle in the children’s eyes – all of this was a real reward for us.

Every child was able to.

And on January 5th we brought it to this familyhealthy foodsFrom Ecoclub.in.ua. "This is a real Christmas gift," said mother Valentina Vasilievna Vovk. And the children even made us a handmade card and wrote a poem.

When you can give someone joy and see genuine gratitude in return, your soul becomes brighter.
