Nokia wins patent disputes

Nokia has won two patent disputes against the German company IP.com in a UK court. During the court hearing, it was determined that IP.com's previously filed lawsuit against Nokia could not be upheld due to the company's patents being invalid.

The patents in dispute concerned technology for using phones on the GSM network.

Regarding the patents owned by IP.com, the court invalidated the company's claims against Nokia. However, IP.com appealed the ruling.

In addition to the UK court hearings, both companies are involved in court hearings in Germany. The District Court upheld IP.com's claim and stated that Nokia and HTC were infringing IP.com's patents.
