Radioproekt LLC acquires 100% of Sravni.ua and enters new markets.

In February 2010, the acquisition of Radioproekt LLC 100% of the portal for comparing prices on electronics and household appliances Sravni.ua (www.sravni.ua) was closed.

Sravni.ua was founded by the British holding IDE Group (www.idegroup.com) in 2007 and quickly became a prominent player in the price comparison website market in Ukraine.

Radioproekt LLC is a company that has been a major player and one of the leaders in the development of communications systems since Soviet times. Today, the company continues to successfully

Develop in the modern markets of the post-Soviet space. Having built up the necessary financial potential, Radioproekt began implementing a strategy to enter new promising markets, one of which the company considers the internet technology market.

The companies are not disclosing the value of the deal; it is only known that Radioproekt will continue to work with IDE Group on a contractual basis for the next year, meaning the British company's specialists will provide full support to Sravni.ua.

Radioproekt, in turn, intends to increase funding for Sravni.ua to gain a larger market share, build a strong brand, and expand existing services.
