A new version of the Work.ua website has been launched.

After three years of successful operation, Work.ua has developed a new version to become even more convenient, efficient, and attractive.

The new version of Work.ua is a major step forward for users. Many ideas and concepts that couldn't be realized within the old interface have finally been realized. The site has become more modern, airier, visually lighter, and easier to understand.

The base width of the site's pages was increased to 1024 pixels, the modular grid now provides more white space, the colors became softer and lighter, and the main font became larger.

One of the most important pages on the site, "Search Results," has a new search form, designed against a neutral gray background. It's clearly visible when needed, yet unobtrusive when viewing results. Among the technological innovations, contextual hints for possible search results and advanced search are worth noting. The search results display design has also been significantly improved.

The "For Employers" section has seen the most significant changes. Multi-user accounts, a log of all user activity, a company profile, and an improved response management process (resume submissions) have been implemented. The entire "For Employers" section interface is based on the "new forms" that have proven successful on Osvita.com.ua: visual simplicity, active field highlighting, instant field validation, field highlighting with errors and a caption next to the field, and support for spell checking and formatting for large fields.

The significantly updated "Agency Directory" section is also worth noting—you can now browse agencies by city, specialization, and area of ​​activity. The "Tips and Resources" section has also received a visual refresh. Everything has become more user-friendly, more consistent, clearer, and simpler. Nothing distracts, and everything feels perfectly in place.

The changes weren't limited to the portal's appearance. Significant changes occurred behind the scenes: layout principles, encoding, and data storage structure. While unnoticeable today, these changes provide a powerful platform for the project's further development, for new steps forward that couldn't be made on the old version of the website.
