Patent dispute between Samsung and Apple expands geography

The patent dispute between Apple and Samsung Electronics is spreading across multiple countries. Now, Samsung is preparing to sue Apple in Australia, accusing the company of infringing its patents.

It's worth noting that Samsung was forced to delay the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet in Australia as a result of Apple's lawsuit. The countries in which the companies are currently engaged in legal disputes are:France, Japan, Germany. In Germany, Apple succeeded in securing a complete ban on sales of Samsung tablets.

In its lawsuit against Apple, Samsung is seeking to invalidate Apple's patents that it relied on in its lawsuit.
